Love Marriage Vs Arrange Marriage ?

VS

To be Practical in todays Generation, teenager support Love marriage and Parents are against for it. Where people find more love they get attracted towards them. Teenager support love marriage because they get to know each other very well in their way they want, the blame can be given to Parents for their negligence of love and care when their child needed. Do u really think Parents must be blamed ?

Parents are well wisher for their child and how they can think wrong about their child's life ? They want their child to live a happy and successful life without any worries in future. In-spite of their busy schedule they spend memorable time with their family. Because of your parents you came into this world and when time comes you don't think to respect them ? Then who should be blamed ?

Its not the mistake of you and your parents. Its all about the way you deal with your life. Hope you all understand. A message to all the Parents of our Nation "Love is Successful most of the time and Arrange is failure sometimes and vice versa depending on the way you think about it."

I would like to share one more message "Born with a Personality is accidental gift from your Parents but to Die as a Personality is an Achievement of your Own and return gift to your Parents."

Keep him emotionally happy

When starting from scratch about break-ups in marriage and what causes it, a great number of people might rate incompatibility as the biggest cause. But one of the many reasons is also lack of emotional satisfaction, the kind that your husband might not say but actually wants from you. It's not the battle of the sexes and yes, it's not true that men just need physical satisfaction. Some women may not know how to satisfy their husbands emotionally. One might need to pause and rethink some points that they might tend to ignore because of their busy lives.

Miracle : Doctors remove knife from man's head after 4 years

BEIJING:
Surgeons in southern China successfully removed a rusty, 4-inch (10-centimeter) knife from the skull of a man who said it had been stuck in there for four years, the hospital said. Li Fuyan, 30, had been suffering from severe headaches, bad breath and breathing difficulties but never knew the cause of his discomfort, said the senior official at the Yuxi City People's Hospital in Yunnan Province. Li told doctors he had been stabbed in the lower right jaw by a robber four years ago and the blade broke off inside his head without anyone realizing it, said the director of the hospital's Communist Party committee's office who would only give his surname, He. Surgeons worked cautiously to remove the badly-corroded blade without shattering it, He said. The hospital's website also reported the successful surgery.

Girl with 12 fingers, 14 toes has 'stronger grip'

Yangon, Myanmar: A mother in Myanmar says her baby girl's 12 fingers and 14 toes have been no disadvantage -- her grip may even be stronger than normal -- and she's now grasping for a Guinness record.

Phyo Min Min Soe, 26, knew her girl Le Yati Min had a little something extra since nearly the moment she was born. "I asked the nurses whether my kid was born complete with hands and legs," says her mother. "They replied that the baby even has more than she needs." Born with 12 fingers and 14 toes, Le may be the most "digitally enhanced" person in the world. Now, the 16-month-old girl's family in impoverished Myanmar is seeking a Guinness World Record to prove it. A neighbour is helping her mother apply to claim the record hearing that a boy from India currently holds bragging rights for the most digits, with 12 fingers and 13 toes. Polydactylism -- being born with an extra finger or toe -- is fairly unusual, but it is even more rare for someone to have spare functional digits on both hands and feet, as Le does. Le lives with her family in a small wooden house on the outskirts of the Southeast Asian country's former capital of Yangon, where she runs around with seven toes on each foot. "She seems to have a stronger grip on things -- so she doesn't drop things much," she says, as Le plays nearby with a mobile phone.

Pimples are nothing but a tiny little infection in the skins pores. They are a produced as a result of a bacterium that lives on the surface of your skin. This bacterium is harmless until it gets into the pores of the skin. When you try to break the pimple the bacterium and pus can spread underneath the skin to form new pimples. If you keep on disturbing the pimple you can also end up with scars. The best way to get rid of pimples is to hide its presence and let it subside on its own without disturbing it too much.
There are number of simple steps to get rid of pimples quickly. These are some of the simple steps that can be followed regularly.

♥ Life is Beautiful ♥

I find God in...
"Everything that is beautiful and innocent. Life is beautiful. And by beauty I do not mean superficial physical beauty. I am talking about people whose heart is beautiful and soul is pure. It can be an old man. It can be my music too."

How do you connect to God?

"I close my eyes, let myself be and I can feel Him. I sing and I can feel His presence. Every time I am alone, I can feel His presence. In fact, when I am in my gym in the morning, I listen to various bhajans on my iPod that I have sung, especially for my exercises, and I am lost in Him. Music is the easiest way to connect with God. I also connect to Him when I play with my dogs."

The Four Ages of Man - The 4 Stages of Life in Hinduism

Shakespeare divided life into "seven ages". In Hinduism, human life is believed to comprise four stages. These are called "ashramas" and every man should ideally go through each of these stages:

The First Ashrama - "Brahmacharya" or the Student Stage

The Second Ashrama - "Grihastha" or the Householder Stage

The Third Ashrama - "Vanaprastha" or the Hermit Stage

The Fourth Ashrama - "Sannyasa" or the Wandering Ascetic Stage

World's richest man aims for a simple life

Mexican tycoon Carlos Slim may be the world's richest man but he limits his monthly salary to 24,000 dollars and travels in a Suburban, according to his latest biography. Slim, 70, knocked Bill Gates from the top of the Forbes list of the world's billionaires this year with an estimated fortune of 53.5 billion dollars. He began his business career aged 10, selling sweets and drinks to his family and later made his name with aggressive investments during crises. "Unlike aristocrats, the jet set or the monarchy, he's extremely simple," biographer Jose Martinez told us as a new edition of his 2002 book, Carlos Slim, unpublished portrait , was set for release across Latin America. According to his biographer, Slim's fortune far exceeds the amount calculated by Forbes. The fifth of six children -- three boys and three girls -- Slim was born into a well-off family, including a Lebanese immigrant father, in Mexico City in January 1940. Slim studied civil engineering and later built up the telephone monopoly Telmex after acquiring it from the government in 1990. He hit the top spot of billionaires after his fortune rose to 18.5 billion in 12 months, and shares of America Movil, of which he owns a 23-billion-dollar stake, were up 35 per cent in a year, according to Forbes.

A Hug can help you beat the blues :) :)

Feeling down in the dumps? Well, then go out and get a hug.

After analyzing data from the 2007 Canadian Community Health Survey, researchers found that people who get hugs regularly are more likely to report better mental health. "For people who either benefit from affection or lack it, there are substantial differences," The Globe and Mail quoted Jack Jedwab, executive director of the Montreal-based Association of Canadians Studies, as saying. He added: "I recommend getting a hug." According to Jack, the study's findings make sense because affection has a clear link to being part of a healthy, loving community.

US girl eats five soaps a week

LONDON: A 19-year-old girl in the US is getting treatment for her addiction of eating soaps and detergent powders. Tempestt Henderson, from Florida, eats up to five bars of soap a week and washing powder as well, the Daily Mail reported here. According to doctors, the toxic compulsion is a rare medical condition, PICA, which causes an appetite for substances that are largely non-nutritive. People suffering form PICA have been known to compulsively eat metal, coins, chalk, batteries and toothbrushes. It can often be caused by a mineral deficiency, which explains why pregnant women often crave eating coal when needing iron. "In the shower, I like to lather up a green bar of soap, and lick the bubbles. And as the soap disintegrates, I pop a tiny amount of the soap into my mouth and suck it. It's heavenly," she was quoted as saying. "I love the clean feeling it gives me. Eating soap feels so much cleaner than just washing with it."

10 things men should never ask women

10 top dating tips to guide men on what they should never say to women.
It is nothing worse than making mistakes that will later be regretted and one way to avoid them is to remember the following:

Are 3D films really bad for you?

There is still no scientific evidence which proves whether the eyestrain, blurred vision, dizziness, headaches or nausea reportedly caused by watching 3D content, will cause long term damage, according to experts. As 3D content and 3D-enabled devices become more mainstream, the health warnings are on the rise. For example, consumer electronic giants, such as Samsung, have issued several warnings relating to the consumption of 3D.

However, eye experts have questioned the validity of these warnings, and believe that these electronics companies are erring on the side of caution to avoid any potential lawsuits, just in case there are any unexpected side effects of 3D technology.

"There is no decent scientific evidence or research at the moment to show that 3D technology cause any harm to children's or adults eyes...I think at the moment it is more a case of these technology companies covering their backs in the current world of regular litigation," the Telegraph quoted Gail Stephenson, head of the Directorate of Orthoptics and Vision Science at Liverpool University, as saying.

"As with any type of activity done for a long period of time, such as sitting on the sofa while watching TV for hours on end, people may suffer some symptoms afterwards – such as headaches, blurred vision and disorientation. So I think the message to people using 3D technology is not to enjoy it without regular breaks. Whenever we put any of our bodily systems under stress, they react unusually but there is nothing to say there is anything specifically harmful about 3D technology to the eyes of children or adults," she added.

♥ Saare Jahan Se Acha Hindustan Hamara ♥

An American decided to write a book about famous churches around the World.
So he bought a plane ticket and took a trip to China.

On his first day he was inside a church taking photographs when he
Noticed a golden telephone mounted on the wall with a sign that read
'$10,000 per call'.

The American, being intrigued, asked a priest who was strolling by what
The telephone was used for.

The priest replied that it was a direct line to heaven and that for
$10,000 you could talk to God.

The American thanked the priest and went along his way.

Next stop was in Japan. There, at a very large cathedral, he saw the
Same golden telephone with the same sign under it.

He wondered if this was the same kind of telephone he saw in China and
He asked a nearby nun what its purpose was.

She told him that it was a direct line to heaven and that for $10,000
He could talk to God.

' O.K., thank you,' said the American.

He then traveled to Pakistan , Srilanka , Russia , Germany and France ...

In every church he saw the same golden telephone with the same '$10,000
Per call' sign under it.
The American, upon leaving Vermont decided to travel to up to India to

See if Indians had the same phone.

He arrived in India , and again, in the first church he entered, there
Was the same golden telephone, but this time the sign under it read

'One
Rupee per call.'

The American was surprised so he

asked the priest about the sign.
'Father, I've traveled all over World and I've seen this same golden
Telephone in many churches. I'm told that it is a direct line to

Heaven,
But in the US the price was $10,000 per call.

Why is it so cheap here?'

Readers, it is your turn........ Think .....before you scroll down...

FIRING Employees in TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Satyam, IBM, Patni

TCS planning more layoffs, Wipro sacks 1000, Satyam to axe 4,500… It seems the days of pink slips have come to haunt Indian IT pros. Though all companies have termed these terminations performance-based, it is anyone’s guess that global slowdown has started hurting Indian IT cos. Late last year, the global IT giant IBM had reportedly laid off 700 entry-level trainee programmers (ELTPs) across its offices in India. Zensar too had reportedly given pink slips to 2 per cent of it staff, again the company claimed that it was on performance basis. The increments and salaries too have been a causality at most IT firms. Here’s looking into the companies who have taken the manpower call. India’s TOP corrupt states
After delayed appraisals and cut in payouts, India’s fourth largest IT service provider, Satyam Computer is reported to downsize its workforce by a whopping 4,500 employees. This translates to a little less than 9 per cent of the 51,000 employees that the company employs. Company sources reveal that 1,500 employees have been put under the performance improvement plan (PIP), euphemism for employees put on watch list and asked to shape up or ship out. Apart from this, 3,000 others have not been given any increment in the last appraisal cycle, thereby indicating that their services are dispensable. Last Friday, company’s chief Ramalinga Raju had sent out an email to all employees warning them, especially the ones on the bench, to not bunk office and be in their best dress code, failing which they may face strict disciplinary action. India’s TOP 15 best cities for IT-BPO growth
The company is reported to have handed pink slips to about 400 engineers and associates in Hyderabad, Pune and Visakhapatnam centers. The company management reportedly asked some of the employees to move out of its rolls to a contractual agreement or leave. Like its peers, Satyam too claims that the layoffs are a part of its appraisal system. Global head, human resources, SV Krishnan says, “Our experience has shown that around half of them exit the system either voluntarily or involuntarily. We have concluded our appraisal process some weeks back, and we believe we are witnessing similar trends like those in the past.” There were also reports that the company has deferred the joining date of 7500 graduates it had recruited from various college campuses this year.
